Version 32 (CarrierService32)

Update to Version 32 was a minor upgrade to include some additional data in the CarrierDetails responses. This update affects the following services:

CarrierLookup

accidentRate - Accident rate as provided by FMCSA MCMIS file

accidentRatePrevent - Preventable accident rate as provided by FMCSA MCMIS file

operatingStatus - Added Operating status as seen on the FMCSA Company Snapshot window

carbTru - California Air Resource Board - Transport Reefer Unit compliance

smartway - Specifies is carrier is a EPA Smartway compliant carrier

nonCoopReason - If unable to aquire CertData for a carrier, nonCoopReason will explain why

postedDate - Specifies insurance posted date as per FMCSA Insurance

cancelledDate - Specifies insurance cancellation date as per FMCSA Insurance

GetWatchedCarriers

The CarrierLookup changes above also apply to the CarrierDetails response in GetWatchedCarriers

GetChangedCarriers

The CarrierLookup changes above also apply to the CarrierDetails response in GetChangedCarriers

This version corrects the unintended change in verbiage for Risk Assessment:
Return values are Acceptable, Moderate and Unacceptable based on the users risk setup

Version 31 (CarrierService31)

GetWatchedCarriers

For improved performance, switched to using an index for the paging of your watch list instead of the last DOT/DOCKET number in the returned document

GetChangedCarriers

The date and time are split into separate parameters. Instead of fromDateTime=2016-05-20 00:00:00&toDateTime=2016-05-22 23:59:59 it is now fromDate=2016-05-22&fromTime=00:00:00&toDate=2016-05-23&toTime=00:00:00

This version contains an unintended change in verbiage for Risk Assessment:
- Acceptable is returned as None.
- Moderate is returned as Medium
- High is returned as Unacceptable

Version 30 (CarrierService30)

Version 30 was a major upgrade from prior web service versions. Primary reason for this upgrade was to better position the web services for FMCSA URS changes, improve performance and enhance the quality and formatting of the data.
