SaferWatch CertData gives customers a trusted source for verifying the critical components of a carrier's insurance by providing Insurance Certificates and policy summary data on demand as part of SaferWatch Software's presentation of a carrier's details.

Subscribers of the CertData module will receive detailed policy summaries for cargo, auto, general and worker's compensation insurance policies from the carrier's Certificate of Insurance issued directly by the carrier's insurance agent. Policy limits, deductibles, effective and expiration dates, underwriter, and issuing agents are critical data pieces that are included in CertData.

CertData is essentially a warehouse of Certificates of Insurance for carriers that you currently work with, or may be considering for a load or lane. With CertData, you have access to all of this data on demand. This means that when SaferWatch Software is used to verify or pre-qualify a carrier, CertData is part of the information display of a carrier's details.

The Image of the Certificate is available as an a la carte option in CertData. This means that users have the option to view, print or save the Certificate of Insurance on demand. Certificate Images are priced at a one-time fee of $ 0.99 per certificate for the lifetime of that certificate. Until the policy expiration dates on a certificate are updated, users may view, print or save the same certificate without incurring a new charge.

When CertData is not available for a carrier, users may request Certificate of Insurance information on demand. At the click of a button, a Request Certificate command is sent. CertData will notify via email when the Certificate is available, normally within minutes.

Monitoring in CertData is an on demand service which proactively maintains the most updated Insurance Certificates for up to 10,000 of your carriers. Monitoring of Insurance Certificates provides daily updates for carrier policies received through direct notifications from their insurance agents. Should your Certificate Monitoring requirements exceed 10,000 carriers, contact our customer care team directly to discuss your needs.

Examples of policy changes include cancellations, reinstatements, renewals, policy coverage and more. Prior to the expiration of a monitored insurance policy, an updated certificate with new effective and expiration dates is requested from the insurance agent. Monitoring updates are provided via email.

The convenience of a list upload along with the ability to add or remove carriers individually from a monitoring list facilitates easy set-up and easy ongoing management.
